TATT (Tired All The Time)
Our number-one panel for people who are constantly exhausted. Checks all the common culprits in one blood draw — thyroid, iron, B12, vitamin D and inflammation.
Is the TATT (Tired All The Time) right for you?
- Persistent fatigue lasting more than a few weeks that rest and sleep don't seem to fix
- Still feeling flat and depleted weeks after a virus or infection, including post-viral fatigue
- Feeling wired but tired, running on caffeine, struggling to concentrate and recover
- Suspecting a thyroid, iron or B12 deficiency, or wanting a single test that checks all three properly
- Wanting a pre-supplement baseline to find out which levels are actually low
22 markers, explained in plain English
This is a 22-marker panel screening eight areas most likely to explain persistent fatigue in a single blood draw. It covers thyroid function and antibodies, a full iron panel, B12 and folate, a complete full blood count, blood sugar markers (glucose, HbA1c and insulin), vitamin D, inflammation (CRP), and kidney, liver and salt/mineral status. Together these can help identify or rule out common, treatable causes of tiredness such as an underactive thyroid, iron or B12 deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, or raised blood sugar. A clinician reviews every result and explains what it means for you.
Markers you can also test on their own
Every marker in the TATT (Tired All The Time) can also be booked individually. Tap a marker to learn what it measures and why it's tested.

Your questions about the TATT (Tired All The Time)
Why am I tired all the time? +
Persistent tiredness has many possible causes. Some of the most common and treatable are biochemical — an underactive thyroid, low iron, low vitamin B12 or folate, low vitamin D, raised blood sugar, or underlying inflammation. This 22-marker panel checks for all of these in one blood draw, so a clinician can help identify or rule out the common causes and explain what your results mean.
Do I need to fast before this blood test? +
For most people no fasting is required. Because this panel includes glucose and HbA1c, we may ask you to avoid eating for a few hours beforehand if your appointment is in the morning. Our team will confirm any preparation when you book.
What happens if a result comes back abnormal? +
A clinician reviews every panel before it is released. If something is outside the normal range, we explain what it means in plain English and recommend sensible next steps — which may include a GP appointment, a repeat test, or onward referral. This test is a screening investigation and is not a substitute for a clinical diagnosis.
