This panel screens 9 markers across the systems that influence fertility, rather than hormones alone. It covers reproductive hormones (FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin and androgens) to assess ovarian function and cycle control, full thyroid function with antibodies, a full blood count, and iron studies. It also includes metabolic markers (glucose, HbA1c, insulin, lipids) and liver function and key salts, giving a rounded picture of the treatable factors that can affect conception. Every result is reviewed by a clinician.

What does the fertility panel include? +
It covers reproductive hormones (FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin and androgens), full thyroid function with antibodies, a full blood count, iron studies, glucose, HbA1c, insulin, lipids, liver function and key salts. Together these can help a clinician identify or rule out common, treatable factors affecting fertility. Every result is reviewed by a clinician.
Does it matter when in my cycle I take this test? +
Yes — several reproductive hormones vary across the menstrual cycle, so timing affects interpretation. Our team will advise on the best day to test when you book.
Is AMH (ovarian reserve) included? +
This panel is a broad first-line screen and does not include AMH. If you would like ovarian reserve testing, our Fertility Panel + AMH adds it.
