Who it's for

Is the Endocrinology Plus right for you?

  • Fertility questions, combining a hormone check with ovarian reserve (AMH) assessment
  • PCOS, needing both hormonal and ovarian-reserve markers in one screen
  • Women over 35 with hormonal symptoms alongside fertility concerns
  • Wanting cortisol and DHEAS added to a full thyroid and reproductive hormone screen
  • Wanting insulin and HbA1c included where blood sugar may play a part in symptoms
What it checks

20 markers, explained in plain English

This is a 20-marker panel covering four hormonal areas in a single blood draw. It includes full thyroid function with anti-TPO and anti-thyroglobulin antibodies, a broad reproductive and androgen panel (FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone, SHBG and free androgen index), AMH as the primary marker of ovarian reserve, and cortisol, DHEAS, insulin and HbA1c for adrenal and metabolic context. A clinician reviews all 20 results together, taking cycle timing and time of day into account where relevant.

FAQs

Your questions about the Endocrinology Plus

What does the Endocrinology Plus panel include? +

It's a comprehensive 20-marker hormone screen: full thyroid function with antibodies, a broad reproductive and androgen panel (FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone and SHBG), AMH for ovarian reserve, cortisol and DHEAS for adrenal hormones, and insulin and HbA1c for blood-sugar context — our most comprehensive hormone screen.

What does AMH tell me? +

Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) reflects your ovarian reserve — roughly, the remaining pool of eggs. It's often used in fertility assessment: a very low level may indicate reduced reserve, while a high level can be seen in PCOS. A clinician interprets it alongside the rest of your results.

Does the timing of the test matter? +

It can. Some reproductive hormones vary across the menstrual cycle and cortisol varies with the time of day, so a morning appointment and a known cycle day help interpretation. Our team will advise on timing when you book, and a clinician takes it into account.
